She holds a B.S.E. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan and an M.S. in Operations Research from Columbia University. After managing at IBM, she launched Bellava MedAesthetics in 2011 — a 3,000 sq ft facility in Bedford Hills, NY.

Erica grew Bellava to $1.5M in annual revenue. She earned a Westchester Magazine Women in Business recognition in 2014 and achieved Joint Commission Accreditation for Bellava's surgical suite — a distinction fewer than 6% of ambulatory centers hold.
